Import Services

RERI offers complete turnkey projects for goods coming from the point-of- origin to delivery sites in India and then subsequent delivery back to the point-of-origin, along with regular supply chain business for key accounts.

The importance of logistics in the import and export businesses is irrefutable and can arguably be one of the most important aspects to the success of any company. RERI ensures efficient, accurate, and robust supply of commodities on time and in the same condition as they left either domestically or internationally.

RERI has extensive channel with airline, shipping line and trucking companies. With the help of our network, we determine the most efficient, safe, and cost- effective way to get cargo to the desired destination. Whether it needs to be transported via land, sea, or air, we professionally handle, coordinate, and manage the port-to-port, airport-to-airport and door-to-door pick-up, tracking, delivery, and storage of goods.

This includes :

  • Pre-documentation and coordination with shipper
  • Collection of documents from airline/shipping lines
  • Preparation, presentation and processing of relevant import entry documents required by law
  • Loading at airport/port and transport to relevant site
  • Unloading, customs examination, attendance and delivery to final point
  • Preventing pollution by promoting, implementing and improving cargo handling / transportation and equipment used
  • Removal of empties to storage
  • On-site supervision by RE Rogers staff

Warehousing

We have our own warehouses in all major cities- fully protected by our private security and maintained by us. All shipments which are left to be on-hold for future shows or sales are stored there untilthe validity period of ATA Carnets or bank guarantee on cost-recovery basis.

Equipments

RERI is only logistic company which has its own handling equipments and in-house maintenance department operated by expert drivers. These equipments are available at all our offices.

IATA / Customs Clearances Service

We have our own customs licence and IATA.All clearances are carried out by our own regular staff at all airports /ports. We have a sound relationship with top airlines ensuring better air freight rates to our clients / associates.

Export Services

Profitable export of your freight needs more than good pricing and transit time. It requires export compliance knowledge and process control. RERI assists with export licensing process and provides multimodal service to make sure your shipments are covered every step of the way.

Defence & Special Projects

We have an unmatched experience in handling Air and Defence shows and providing end-to-end logistics for defence sector for its field trials, regular contract supplies and warranty replacements for Military Intelligence (MI-13 ELINT sub group), Army Aviation Core, etc.

We give support at origin, in association with our extensive international network and we co-ordinate with governments and agencies for CDEC and other permissions.

We take charge of all customs clearance, at ports and airports of entry, inland transportation and delivery to trials sites and end-user units.

We provide onsite support with handling of equipment by skilled staff.

We complete reserve operations for re-export and return of material to the origin, including onsite handling.

All services are performed under the presence of senior and experienced onsite supervisors or representatives.
